• Administrator / LiteCV - refers to the website available at https://litecv.com and its subdomains, operated by Marcin Niedzielski IT Services, located at Bartodzieje 1, 26-631 Jastrzębia, NIP 7963008714, and REGON 520987720.
• Personal Data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Examples include name, email address, contact details, education, and professional experience information.
• Processing of Personal Data - refers to any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether automated or not, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or other means of making available, alignment, combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
• Privacy Policy - this document outlining the principles for processing personal data of LiteCV users.

• User, Users - refers to any person using the services provided by LiteCV.

• LiteCV collects users' personal data to provide services offered by the application. This data includes:

  • Information regarding education and professional experience,
  • Other information provided by the user while using the application.
• LiteCV may also collect technical data regarding application usage, such as IP address, browser type, operating system version, and user activity data within the application.

• Providing services offered by the LiteCV application, including creating CVs and cover letters.
• Enabling registration and management of user accounts.
• Communicating with users regarding application usage.
• Conducting analyses and research to improve service quality.
• Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the data administrator.

LiteCV processes users' personal data based on the following legal grounds:

• User consent – for direct marketing and collecting technical data.
• Necessity for contract performance – to provide services offered by the LiteCV application.
• Necessity for fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the data administrator.
• Conducting analyses and research to improve service quality.

LiteCV does not share users' personal data with third parties unless:

• LiteCV uses cookies to improve application functionality and facilitate data flow between subdomains.
• Users can manage cookie settings in their web browsers. Disabling cookies may affect some application functionalities.

• Users can contact the Data Protection Officer at contact@litecv.com.
• The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. A new version becomes effective on the date of publication.
• Matters not covered by this Privacy Policy are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
• The competent court for resolving disputes arising from this Privacy Policy is the court with jurisdiction over the Administrator.
